  • Employment Contract. Employers can customize an employment agreement that states the salary, benefits, working hours and other important provisions for their new or existing employee.
  • Consulting Agreement. Answer simple questions to build a contract with a consultant. Specify the services rendered, when payment is due, as well as IP rights.

Both parties should understand how commissions are calculated, when commissions will be paid, as well as how the representative will treat confidential information from the company and whether the representative may also sell a competing line of products or services.

Your UK and Belgium Basic Salaries have been uplifted to:

UK £210,000 per annum                      Euros 260,000 per annum

2.
Please note that the temporary allowance of £40,000 per annum, which related to your role in Performance Chemicals, will no longer be applicable. Your September 2003 salary payments will take into account the necessary adjustments from April 2003 to August 2003.

3.
Your annual maximum bonus will be 50% of your Belgian gross salary applicable at time of payment (currently Euros 260,000).

All other terms and conditions of employment will remain the same.
